ΔΕΛΤΙΟ ΤΥΠΟΥ (SAE)

Ο Πρόεδρος και Μέλη του Προεδρείου του ΣΑΕ στις εργασίες του 16ου Παγκοσμίου Συνεδρίου Αποδήμων Κυπρίων (ΠΟΜΑΚ-ΠΣΕΚΑ).

Ο Πρόεδρος του Συμβουλίου Απόδημου Ελληνισμού (ΣΑΕ) κ. Στέφανος Ταμβάκης και Μέλη του Προεδρείου της οργάνωσης συμμετέχουν στις εργασίες του 16ου Παγκοσμίου Συνεδρίου Αποδήμων Κυπρίων (ΠΟΜΑΚ-ΠΣΕΚΑ), από τις 24 έως τις 28 Αυγούστου.

Την επίσημη έναρξη των εργασιών του συνεδρίου θα κηρύξει απόψε το βράδυ ο Πρόεδρος της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας, κ. Δημήτρης Χριστόφιας.

Στην τελετή έναρξης, μεταξύ των επισήμων, χαιρετισμό θα απευθύνει και ο Πρόεδρος του ΣΑΕ.

Στις εργασίες του συνεδρίου συμμετέχουν από το Προεδρείου του ΣΑΕ: η Γραμματέας, κα Όλγα Σαραντοπούλου, ο Ταμίας, κ. Κωνσταντίνος Δημητρίου, όπως και οι Συντονιστές των Περιφερειών ΣΑΕ: Αμερικής, κ. Θεόδωρος Σπυρόπουλος, Καναδά, κ. Κωνσταντίνος Μενεγάκης, Αφρικής/Εγγύς Μέσης Ανατολής, κ. Χάρης Γκουβέλης, Ευρώπης, κ. Γεώργιος Αμαραντίδης, Κεντρικής και Νοτίου Αμερικής, κ. Νικηφόρος Νικολαϊδης και ο Ταμίας ΣΑΕ Ωκεανίας & Άπω Ανατολής, κ. Μιχάλης Χριστοδούλου.

Στις εργασίες του συνεδρίου λαμβάνει μέρος και ο Επίτιμος Πρόεδρος του ΣΑΕ, κ. Ανδρέας Άθενς.

Ο Πρόεδρος και τα Μέλη του Προεδρείου του ΣΑΕ θα χαιρετίσουν την επίσημη έναρξη των εργασιών του συνεδρίου της ΠΣΕΚΑ, στις 27 Αυγούστου.

Με πρωτοβουλία του ΣΑΕ, σε συνεργασία με την ΠΟΜΑΚ και την ΠΣΕΚΑ, η εναρκτήρια τελετή και μέρος των εργασιών του 16ου Παγκοσμίου Συνεδρίου Αποδήμων Κυπρίων θα μεταδοθούν ζωντανά από την ιστοσελίδα: www.sae.gr.

The Chairman and Members of The Board of SAE, in the proceedings of the 16th Worldwide Conference of Overseas Cypriots (POMAK – PSEKA)

The Chairman of the World Council of Hellenes Abroad (SAE) Mr. Stefanos P. Tamvakis and Members of the Board of SAE are taking part in the 16th Worldwide Conference of Overseas Cypriots (POMAK – PSEKA), from the 24th until the 28th of August.

The official opening of the conference proceedings will be announced tonight by the President of the Cypriot Democracy, Mr. Dimitris Christophias.

The Chairman of SAE will address a salute to the attendees of the conference, among honourary guests.

Members of the SAE Directorate will be taking part in the proceedings of the conference: the secretary of SAE, Ms Olga Sarantopoulou, SAE Treasurer Mr. Constantine Demetriou, as well as Coordinators of SAE Regions: Mr. Theodoros Spiropoulos of SAE America, Mr Constantinos Menegakis of SAE Canada, Mr. Harry Gouvelis of SAE Africa/ Middle East, Mr. Georgios Amarantidis of SAE Europe, Mr. Nikiforos Nicolaides of SAE South America and the treasurer of SAE Oceania and Far East, Mr. Michalis Christodoulou.

The Honorary Chairman of SAE, Mr Andrew Athens will also be attending the conference and participate in the proceedings.

The Chairman and Members of the SAE Board will salute the official opening of the PSEKA Conference on the 27th of August.
